Try a clean installation in a new folder and new database. This will ensure no conflicts or incorrect settings from previous installations are present. One can always move Zen Cart to a new folder in the future (following the instructions to change the folder where Zen Cart is installed) if needed.
When running "zc_install", if existing "configure.php" files are present the installer attempts to use the values from them (and does not regenerate new settings). So when re-installing if anything is not correct in either "configure.php" file, they will not be "fixed" automatically. I'd guess the assumption is those files will be present only when doing an upgrade AND all the settings in the file will be correct (as the upgrade / re-install will be of an existing and working store).
The screen shots you have posted are typical if a path is not configured correctly in one of those files (or some files did not upload correctly). One route would be to talk to your hosting provider about what the correct paths are... And fix them in the file... Or one could try just removing those two files and re-running zc_install... But probably safer and faster to just do a clean upload and install (with a clean database) and let the installer re-detect the paths.
