Problem with a USPS Shipping Order Made

So, we just got an order, and instead of the customer paying for normal shipping of either priority, parcel select, or express priority, the customer paid this in the invoice of the order he just made.....

usps_Priority MailTM: $0.00

NOTHING AT ALL. No shipping charge. I checked the item and made sure there was a weight, and it didnt say free shipping.
Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

There is no reason why he should get free shipping, there was no coupon used, and instead of on the invoice it saying something like "United States Postal Service (Standard Post® (7 days)): $13.77"

It said : usps_Priority MailTM: $0.00

I just checked my site and it looks like all the shipping quotes are working good and when i put it in my cart and even go to check out i am just trying to figure out how this happened?? help please and thank you.

from the server and post it as an attachment here, please ...

Here is the file, but it has not been changed or anything since we did the usps update and had a few things tweaked on it it was wworking fine and this is one single order that this happened with, here is the file you requested. hm, how do i attach a file here???

I am afraid that there would be way more to try to figure out this obscure error as you are actually not using the current version of USPS July 28, 2013 J5 but rather an older release during the debugging period of USPS when they did not have things working as documented ...

I am afraid I would have to recommend trying to get the current USPS July 28, 2013 J5 version then see if this happens again ...

Thus far, we have had no reports of such an oddity with the shipping module as you had ...
