New Install on php 5.4, MySQL 5.1

I have a server which si currently running MySQL 5.1 and PHP 5.4.
I have downloaded Zencart 151, and wanted to know if there is a compiled list of modifications which are required to run under PHP 5.4.
The release notes state that it can run on 5.4 with some minor changes.
I can always revert to PHP 5.3 if needed, but prefer to stay with the current stable build if possible.

I've got a couple of Zen Cart v1.5.1 stores running on PHP 5.4.19 (and later) without issue.
