How Do I Define The Sideboxes Which Contain Gift Certificates and Shipping Links?

I am running version 1..5.1 on the default template. Also running MMySQL version 5.0 and php version 5.2.17 and it has not been upgraded. The problem was noticed one day, I think it was a problem since the installation.

In the sidebox on all of the pages, the one that is headed Information, there are the following boxes:

Box_information_Reward_Points
Box_Information_About_Us
Box_Information_Returns

I tried searching using the developers tool kit for those names, and it found a file where they are defined as being shown or not. There are also a number of other headers in that same sidebox that are defined and are also accessible through the define pages editor. The headers listed above are not listed in the define pages editor, and I cannot find them anywhere else. Can you please tell me where they can be defined? I do not mind having them there as long as they are defined. I assume I can make them go away by setting them to false in the file I was able to find with their names in it. Your help is appreciated.
