Paypal Express Files

Is there a way to get just the Paypal Express files? I'm in the process of upgrading from 1.3 to 1.5.1 on one of my sites. I've done my other two sites, no problem, but I was saving this for last because it was the largest. Anyway, when I go to edit my PayPal Express, the fields are not showing up the same as the 1.3.9h site, or my other sites on the 1.5.1. Namely, the currency radio buttons aren't there, and there's no where to enter my API Username. I'm not sure if something happened during the database upgrade part, but it's goofy.

Paypal express works fine everywhere else. The old un-updated site, and the other sites that I've already upgraded. The Paypal Express comes with the ZenCart, already installed, it just looks like something's jumbled up a little on this install.

Can I just re-install the express, or is there something else I should do. This is a new download of the 1.5.1, got it yesterday, and all I'd installed is a template, google merchant feeder, and Ultimate SEO

There's gotta be somewhere to replace the files, or fix it right? I've tried searching, but I think it's more of an overload of results. There are the three blank entry boxes on the setup screen, but none of the combinations of signature, password, or code in there will work correctly. I just have no idea where to look, or replace stuff for these.

Hmmm, nevermind, apparently I'm some sort of a butthole. I just removed it and re-installed it and it seems to be working fine. I was afraid to "remove" the paypal express because I didn't think it would be there to re-install.
