Cannot modify header info.... errror

I do apologize if I posted this in the wrong section. I really hope someone can help me asap!!! This error is driving me nuts!
I am somewhat zen cart smart lol but Im just not sure how to fix this error...
Any help would be sooooooo greatly appreciated ..

The error log below is what I get....

Usually this means that one of your files has something before the <?php

I would first check.
/home4/joan2011/public_html/includes/classes/observers/class.send_extra_email_at_welcome.php

But that could be a red herring
