USPS Module Appears and Disappears on Checkout Page

Hi Everyone,

I want to ask what may be the cause of USPS Module to Appear and Disappear on the Checkout page? The USPS module is up to date. The site url is https://www.valuevapor.com/.

Please help me!

How are your zones, sort orders, and order_totals configured? Is there a product missing weight?

The USPS module is running smoothly before we added the SSL certificate on the site. Does the SSL certificate has anything to do with it? Also, when the USPS option disappears form the checkout a few page reload will bring it back. The zone is set to none on the USPS settings because when US zone is set the USPS module doesn't show and when we set it to Texas or None it shows so we wet it to None. I don't have any idea with regards to the sort orders and order_totals.

Just as a test, go to Modules ... Shipping ... and set the Sort Order on USPS to 10 and the Sort Order on FedEx to 20 ...

Does this changing anything?

Hi Ajeh,

Did that. The only thing that I noticed is the order. The USPS options is not on top of the FedEx options in checkout.

Does the USPS stop breaking when you do that?

No. It still shows the same problem. At first the USPS will show the options then when you reload the site it will be gone and you refresh again then it comes back.

It is very weird to have this issue as there have been no other reports of it with the USPS July, 28, 2013 J5 update ...

You might try download that once more clean and reinstall it just to see if that makes a difference with a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure on USPS in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Again try setting the Sort Order to 20 ... do you have any other shipping besides FedEx and USPS installed?

WIth the REMOVE you mean delete all the usps files and upload it again? Also, did you have a chance to look at the site? https://www.valuevapor.com/ I did set the sort order of usps to 10 and fedex to 20 but it still shows the same error.

When you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on USPS ... you will see on the right panel a button for REMOVE ...

Click REMOVE, reload the files via FTP from a clean download of the USPS July 28, 2013 J5 shipping module then do an INSTALL and reconfigure the USPS shipping module, again setting the Sort Order to 10 ...

Does it stop appearing/disappearing on your checkout?
