Cant login to admin just it refreshes

last night not sure what happened. but i cant login to admin, tried adding in Admin Username but just redirects to it self. no errors. i went from 1 computer to another with out logging out . logged in to other computer. Made a shipping change and now cant login.
Any suggestions.
Catalog works fine i was also looking at the admin session didnt change anything but instead of hitting cancel i hit update

Sounds like you are having session issues. Did you recently upgrade? Have you tried clearing your cookies? Does your link to your admin have a session ID in it?

No upgrades
Yes cleared cookies in chrome
Yes there is a session id

Try removing the session id from the link when you log in and let us know.

Which browser are you using, IE perhaps? Try a different browser, same issue?

Hi did you get this all sorted or still having problems.
Check your server's errorlog to determine if any errors are occurring at the time of the failure to login.
