YouTube returns only to main_page

My site has YouTube "share" links on an E-Z page for Support. Clicking on the link takes you properly to the YouTube video which opens in a new window and plays, but after a couple of seconds the background of my site reverts back to the Main Page. When the video is done, the user is taken back to the Main Page instead of the Support Page where they started. This is very disconcerting as they then have to navigate back to the original page. What can fix this?

Just noticed that linking to ANY external reference/link (not just YouTube) makes zencart switch back to the home page. Couldn't find anything on the forums - am I the only one with this problem?

I think it's probably this:

but it's been a while since I've used that stuff.

A better way might be to use the embed option at YouTube to embed the iframes into the EZ pages and just link straight to those pages on the Support page.

You the man!! Removing the href="#" fixed the problem!! Not being knowledgeable in all the web languages, I just copied an example for an external reference and it worked, except for the return page. Thanks!!!
