StyleSheet not Applying

Hello Zen Family...
At a lost here .
My zencart template is not showing the stylsheet active.
It's been working for a year with no issues.

Please help.
The only difference from yesterday to today is that I renewed the GODaddy domain name that had a forward address. It is currently in queue to forward the name directly to the above link.... but I cant for the life of me figure out why the stylesheet is not connecting
