Default [Done] Missing NOTIFIER_TRACE configuration value in Configuration->Logging

While v1.5.2 includes an updated version of the class.base.php file that allows notifiers to make modifications to variable values and includes the concept of the "notifier trace" (i.e. writing the notifiers to a file to enable a debug method), the configuration switch that enables or disables the trace feature is missing.

Thanks, DrByte. Having the interface built-in without an easy (i.e. not requiring FTP) way to enable/disable it reduces its effectiveness.

(True, but accessing the logs does still require FTP)

Not if you've got the "Display Logs" plugin installed!

Upon further investigation, the initial decision (as implemented in 1.6.0 code) was to not include the admin switch in core code, since it's an advanced developer tool, which can be activated by installing relevant plugins.

OK, I'll update the notifier trace plugin to not include the base class but install the configuration switch for v1.5.2 and later.
