help question Setting up products - Sizes/Quantities

I am new to using Zencart, and the company owner would like me to populate the store site with our products.
We sell items that are sold in weight/volume sizes.
We sell natural products like facial creams, scrubs, washes, etc.
I was wondering, if I have a product such as "Cucumber - Melon Scrub", and it is sold in sizes such as 8oz, 16oz, & 32oz.
DO I have to create each of them individually? (1 for each size?)
Or can I do this with attributes and crate a single item, and the sizes for that item?
Also, not every size for different 'flavors' would be the same price. So is there a way to make it so that I can control the pricing?
    Thanks,

This would be the way to go, create a single product with attributes for different sizes, colours etc.

You can 'price by attributes' - when creating the product select 'Product Priced by Attributes: Yes' with price as zero. You can then price each attribute accordingly.

Some additional words of advice: create an option value that advises the customer to choose a value (or some similar text). Set the sort order for that value as 0. When you get into the attribute manager for the product in question, make this value the default and required. Otherwise the product could be added to the cart and the price would be free. Or in absence of this value, whatever is first selected will be added when add to cart is selected before the actuual option desired is selected.
