Recover Abandoned Cart Sales??? I installed the recover sales mod and had it working, but now all I get is this:
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Anyone know of a good way to recover abandoned carts in ZC?

In absence of getting the plug in that assists in recovering abandoned cart sales to function (merge issue, or other file behavior) I have on occasion gone to look at the cart information maintained in the database and chased down what and by whom it was left. Much easier to use a pre-programmed plug-in, that is installed correctly than it is to navigate through the database via mySQLadmin.

So if it's an issue with the plug-in recover cart sales (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=25) then I would start by looking through error logs (/cache folder if ZC version <= 1.5.0 or /logs folder if ZC version >= 1.5.1) and go from there...

I have had this mod installed and working without flaws on 1.3.9h and 1.5.1 - in fact I would not be without it. The recovery rate is somewhere between 15 and 25%, money not to be sneezed at.

Go with mc12345678's suggestion and check your error / debug logs, you may just have a corrupted file or merging error.
