Stock by Attributes Problem

I have installed SBA and it looks great. But when I go to check out and click the 'Continue to Checkout' button, it takes me back to the Shopping Cart page. All the items have enough stock for the order. If I change the 'Allow Checkout' to true, then it will proceed to the payment page but I don't want that option.

Do you have a payment option enabled, and does it include PayPal Express?

There may be something that is indicating that stock is not available at the point of going to the payment section, but that appears to be where the error is popping up, progressing to page 3 of 3. Do any of the files that were updated have an equivalent template file that has not been updated? (Not exactly sure which version of SBA you are referring to.
