Hello,

I upgraded to 1.5.1 but I am no so sure if the upgrade was successful since what I am seeing is a little confusing.
below is what my current version in the admin says, does "Zen Cart 1.3.8a" mean that my current version is 1.3.8? and what about the Database Patch Level and all that follow? any explanations would be very appreciated.
