Segregating "In Stock" and "Out of Stock" items

Good morning,
I have been going over my suppliers' and competitors' own carts to see how I could improve my own, and one common thread I see is that most of them will list all the products that are in stock first (sorted in whatever order you ask) and then the out of stock items afterwards. How would I achieve this in Zen Cart?
