How do you control what paypal sees and pulls over from Zen Cart on a spead sheet.

Hello,
We are trying to figure out where to put our invoice numbers in Zen Cart, so that Paypal can see them and they come through on the spread sheet from Paypal so that we can keep track of transactions and customers better? Or is there a different way? We just want to easily reconcile Paypal account in our Quickbooks system?

Well, honestly I would say that if possible toinstall the quickbooks plug-in to be able to have quickbooks communicate with zen-cart, and I would think that there would be enough information to tie the two systems together (the ipn info or something?) My only thing is that I haven't been able to get that plug-in to work. Unfortunately, someone else in my organization receives the paypal emails, so I don't know what information comes in with that to be able to indicate what additional field(s) to send to paypal to get the information to it that you want to have for comparison that may not already be there. Also, if you have paypal express installed but zencart should let you know that the transaction was a success, the next accounting action to address moving that money to the bank account.
