Anyone know whats happening here?

Product Shipping weight: 0.125 (Supposed to be 2 ounces)

If an international customer buys one of the above products and Zen Cart, using this table, calculates 1x3.13lbs = $33.40.
I don't understand??? It should be 1x.125lbs = $2.25.

Anyone know whats happening here?
