    help question Shipping Miscalculation?

    Shipping Miscalculation?

    International Shipping Rate Table:
    .130:2.25,.188:3.25,.250:10.00,.375:13.00,.445:13.75,.595:14.50,.680:15.00,.750: 16.75,1.40:18.60,1.80:20.50,1.120:22.30,2.00:24.25,2.40:26.00,2.80:27.85,3.00:31 .55,3.40:33.40,3.90:37.10,4.00:38.95,100:50.00

Product Shipping weight: 0.125 (Supposed to be 2 ounces)

If an international customer buys one of the above products, Zen Cart, using this table, calculates 1x3.13lbs = $33.40.
    I don't understand??? It should be 1x.125lbs = $2.25.

    Anyone know whats happening here?

    Zen Cart 1.3.8a

    Probably this:

If you're actually using Zencart version 1.3.8, you should upgrade to at least 1.3.9h ASAP.

Thank you very much! This fixed the cart and answers why sales had dropped. Somehow the tare had gotten set to 3lbs.
