Multiple Categories Link Manager

- Recently upgraded to the latest version, found out that when doing a search for a product in the admin, it seems to only show the product of the master category? Does its linked products in other categories no longer show up. Is that normal?

- Deleted a few categories but found out that their linked products in other categories are not deleted. How to find these products easily so that I don't have to delete them one by one. How to avoid this issue from happening in the future?

1. Yes, I think so.
2. I have not try this but you can update the products status instead delete.

Yes I have already disabled them but I can't keep doing that because the database is getting bigger.
