Downloadable products does not work properly

Hi,

I have spent about 4 hours on research and have followed things as closely as I could and just need a little help please. I am using 1.3.9h. I have put a couple files in the downloads folder, and I have even tried the sample pdf file already in there. I have configured option name, value, and attribute I think properly and I have a green light on the downloads manager. My problem is when I actually buy it from my website it goes nowhere. no new redirect webpage or streaming, (I have tried redirect on and off with streaming), I have tried money order and credit card, and I get a purchase, but nowhere can I find a download even on the account history. I feel like I am just missing something very small. Thank you for any help.

Did you check the orderstatus of the order, and at which status the download will be available.

Thank you for the reply, I went to sleep and woke up and figured it out in 3 minutes. I knew it was a very small error and it was. Sometimes it is best practice to walk away when frustrated and come back and start with a fresh mind.
