We will be adding the URL address of the banner with the parameter looks like this:

If you are using a rewriter then surely your link should be more like www.yoursite.com/your-category/your-product-name
without any main_page=etc_etc

so the error is removed. It was a mistake in the sense that in the /includes/modules/pages/redirect/ I left the backup file and it was a mistake. two sets header_php.php and header_php-bak.php. After removing header_php-bak.php everything works as it should.
Recommendation: Back up the files you leave the outside server.
