Add shipping in cart??? Help!!!!

I tried USPS v15 Ratev4 2013_0127 R2013_0729_J5 but it only gives me a price and not a place to add it in the cart. I also tried Shipping Rates in Cart but it crashed my site. I just need somthing for adding shipping to my cart. I use USPS for all my shipping

Ok, so first things first: site address where problem is occurring?
Second, not sure what the issue is: normal flow, relatively speaking: customer picks items, let's say uses paypal express, paypal recognizes total cost of goods, customer provides payment info, comes back to site, asked for shipping info, shipping fee caalculated, reconfirms total charges, submits final acceptance. There may be some extra steps described, and maybe some minor removed, but generally speaking and related to the above, the fees associated with USPS should be incorporated into final price. Is this not happening or is there something misunderstood?

I'm redoing the page now and will try it again as I did not go past the first page of paypal info. Any way to get it added befor going to paypal.

Not "allow" the customer to go to paypal before the payment collection screen (if continue using
Paypal expressy. Otherwise, may be able to use something called COWOA (check-out without an account. Haven't tried it yet, but it may make the best of both worlds by allowing a non-customer to purchase and possibly get account created in paypal? (I don't know I'd it works that way, haven't tried it yet.)

You are showing shipping quotes when on the shopping_cart ...

Do you see them when you actually go through the checkout pages?
