need to set price for a few items all other items use weight

I have some prints I want to set shipping at $10 but all other items are per weight except a few with free shipping. I have the free shipping part working and the weight working. just need to know how to set the $10 shipping for the prints.

Is there anything in the products table that is uniques about these Products that need the extra $10.00 for shipping? Such as the master_categories_id?

If I buy 1 copy of Posters A you want to add $10.00 ...

If I buy 2 of Poster A do you want to add $20.00 or $10.00?

If I buy 1 copy of Poster A and 1 copy of Poster B (also a $10 shipping product) do you want to add $20.00 or $10.00?

If I buy 2 copy of Poster A and 1 copy of Poster B do you want to add $30.00 or $10.00?

How are you using Free Shipping Options? What should happen if 1 or more for these $10.00 shipping Posters are in the cart?
