Delivery options and Paypal

We're looking to upgrade to a newer version of Zencart and looking to improve our checkout processes, but before we go into too much depth it would be nice if somebody with more experience could let us know if these things are possible.

What we want:

Delivery options available at product page or basket
Paypal button at basket
Product + shipping costs to show up in Paypal order summary

Product group 1 - at least 2 options, standard and express shipping. UNLESS from Scottish Highlands/Islands, in which case flat rate 2 day shipping.
Product group 2 - flat rate for UK, different flat rate for highlands/islands

So we need to be able to show different delivery options based on a) location and b) product type

Any help or opinions of how best to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of ZC are you running now?

All of this is incorporated in the latest ZC version - namely 1.5.1. ZC 1.5.2 is just around the corner...
