Sorry, don't have files/directory specifically, or at least I don't want to misquote which one(s). But wanted to state that generally speaking admin and customer receive very similar emails; although the admin receives a little extra info. Be sure when you make your changes that the above is kept in mind. I did think that the file name(s) are orders.php and invoices.php. But can't remember if a modules file or some other... I would use the developer's tool kit to figure it out. Search for text that appears in the email (small portions of the text as things are pieced together over many lines.)
