when i click install nothing shows up

heres 2 images. if you look to the right after i click paypal payments express, an install button shows, i click the install then update or cancel is available. i don't know whats up.

In includes/modules/payment/ check that your files are not corrupted. Compare that folder to the corresponding folder in a stock ZC 1.5.1 file set. Correct errors (if any) and re-upload to your server. Then try to install again.

i redownloaded zen cart from the server and overwritten the those files. i tried going back to the express check out and face the same issue..

No, an earlier version of ZC does not need to be installed. Are there extra files in that same directory (includes/modules/payments) as compared to a stock ZC 1.5.1 file set? Are there files in the override directory includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/payments that are different than the other directory above? (There may be a valid reason that differences exist, so blindly overwriting is not always a good idea.)

i don't have a your template directory

i checked the files here and they are the same as stock file set.

i'm a little jaded here. i installed v1.39 on another domain and checked the paypal express checkout and it works right off the bat. what gives??
