I am using nochex as 1 of my methods of payment and have constant issues with 2 or more items being purchased at the same time.
It shows the first order fine but anything after that is missing I have removed the s from https already and even had nochex look into my problem.
I was wondering if there is anything else I could try to solve this problem as they are a great payment method and have no issues with them
To clarify are you having this problem:
- with products with a quantity of 2+ being added to the order during checkout on the live site
- with multiple products being added to the order during checkout on the live site
or
- with products not showing up correctly in orders in admin
- with orders not showing up correctly in admin

Sorry ,yes in admin section ... I also think when they view their account it is missing.
It wouldn't be a major issue if I didn't have engraving as the orders show up in the email I receive from nochex ..Unfortunately I do so it does prove a little awkward at times.
I'm not 100% sure which I am using .. I have checked file for file and there are some differences .. But someone from nochex logged into my account last time and did some changes ...That was possibly +- a year ago..
I can change all the files which is not a problem and mark the original ones as .old for a while and see if it makes a difference

I have spent the last hour changing files and trying things but still only 1 item shows up in admin if 2 or more items bought at any 1 time.
Should I open up a ticket in nochex rather
Would like to say a big thank you to James from Nochex who has sorted out my problem with my transactions error.
Will just need to monitor it for a while and see how it goes with a few transactions ,but am sure everything will be fine
