I am lost - Category has free shipping - can't find where to turn it off

UUGGHH -

I am trying to figure out where this is.

I guess I set up a category to have free shipping - but I have no idea where to turn it off / on

I need to charge shipping in that category

in admin - categories - select your product

what are these options set for:

Always Free Shipping:
• Yes, Always Free Shipping
• No, Normal Shipping Rules

• Special, Product/Download Combo Requires a Shipping Address

There really isn't a setting to make a Category have Free Shipping ...

However, there is a setting to make the Product type Free Shipping in a Category ...

When you go to the Category that is "Free Shipping" ... what do you see in the dropdown next to the button for NEW PRODUCT?

For a normal product that has shipping, you should use:
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

If you want the product to have Free Shipping to *everyone* then use:
Always Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping

If your product is defaulting to:
Always Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping

When you are ADDING a product, then you want to look at the Product types for the Category that I am asking about in the previous post ...
