I was wondering how to edit the added item to a customers order. I entered the info into the proper places but it doesn't allow to edit the prices.

There are times I gift an item if there was a reason to do so like when the store misbehaves, so I need the item to reflect no price but still allow the download. All items are virtual downloads. How can this be done or will it ever be allowed.

On the Edit Orders screen, there's a "Choose product-pricing method" dropdown. Choose "Editing Allowed".

Note, also, the Configuration / Edit Orders setting "Product Price Calculation — Method". For your use, that should probably be set to "Manual".

Yay I played eith it and found I add the item and it recalculates and then shows no price. then when I click add it does but the dollar amount is still there. so in the actual client order I click the edit button on the order, change the cost to zero and finalized it....yay it is now an added freebie. Thank you.
