USPS Module not working with Paypal Express Checkout

Am in production mode with USPS module. Have installed Paypal Express Checkout. All seems to be working. I have green buttons in admin on both.

In the checkout shopping cart window, when I click "estimate shipping" button, it gives me all the USPS options with one of the options in boldface (I guess this is the best option that will be used unless customer says otherwise?) But when I click "Check out with Paypal" next to the "estimate shipping" button, it goes to paypal payment with no shipping charges added.

Can someone help me?

One more issue....

When I log in as a customer, and click checkout, the USPS module appears to be activated, showing me shipping options, but regardless of how many items I put in the cart, the shipping options list shown has the same rates on them...with the first item starting with legal flat rate envelope at 5.25. I was thinking the options would change based on weight of items in the cart?

yes, I'm using Jan 26th.

Had a weird episode calling USPS. First rep said he put me from test to production mode, but he hadn't. Second rep I called an hour later said she put me in production mode and all APIs are on.

It seems to be working fine for me, regardless of which shipping method I use ...

Can you post what the products_id is that you are testing and what the Ship To is for your test order?
