Sorting Products

Can someone tell me how I can have products sorted by small, medium and large for those products that are available in different sizes? I'm using Zencart version 1.5.

Possibly by using attributes, but it depends on what you mean by 'sorted'. A specific example, preferably with a link to the site would be good.

I suspect that I would make 'dog crate' the product and use attributes for the sizes. If the large crates are materially different (other than size) from the others, I would probably make Large Dog Crates (and the other sizes) its own category.
