Anyone else having problems with the new USPS module?

I have several web stores. Just compared two of them. One is ZC 1.5.1 with the 2013 version of USPS (forgot to upgrade), and the other is ZC1.3.9h with the 2014 version of USPS.

1.3.9h with 2014 USPS (UPS module also installed)
Attempting to check out with MY address as shipping, everything appears fine. I see both UPS and USPS choices.
Attempting to check out with my customer's address - only given UPS choices.

1.5.1 with 2013 USPS (no UPS module installed)
everything is fine with both addresses.

Additional info - the USPS Module was working FINE on all orders on Friday - no orders Sat or Sun, not working on Monday (today).

USPS server is having issues right now ...

USPS is aware of the problems and working to get this fixed as soon as they can ...

Hello,
we have a 1.39 zen cart, but haven't done any upgrade of the USPS module....I thought that this is done auto9matically?

At any rate USA orders seem to be processed ok.
Got a customer from Canada and she couldn't order. This is the error on the zeen cart:
"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"

What do we need to do?
Do we have to upload the January 26, 2014 USPs upgrade from somewhere.?Please provide link

Also, when loggin in to the admin side of the zen cart we get this message in yellow:
"" Warning Shipping Configuration errors!
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #1 are invalid, please enter valid shipping parameters. Current setting will be overridden with default: 'regular;+'
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #2 are invalid."


What does it mean and how to fix it?

It sounds like you are using the USPS module by Marco ...

Unless you have updated it with all the current changes, I do not believe it works. If you are no longer using the USPS shipping module by Marco, you should update your file:
/yoursecretadmin/modules.php

with a clean copy for your current version of Zen Cart as there were changes to that file for use with the USPS shipping by Marco, that if you stop using that module it will produce messages about issues in the Admin ...

ok,we upgared to the new module, checked several international and domestic shipping options, put the cart back in live mode but when trying to process a test order got this message:
United States Postal Service
An error occurred in obtaining USPS shipping quotes.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Has USPS ever worked for you or do you have a new account with USPS for the WebTools ID?

If this is a new account, did you call USPS and have your account activated for the Production Server?

its an old account, we do have the webmaster tolls account...all we did was just upload the new usps upgrade....Everything was working fine before, except the international shipping gave the error yesterday
