Free Shipping with Ability to Upgrade to Express

Hello,

I have searched the forum and found similar issues, but not the exact. I recently found out that some of my customers are not purchasing some of the items that I have listed as Free Shipping as they want to upgrade to Express Shipping.

I had a customer today that did not purchase this as she needed to order UPS Blue 2 Day delivery.

Is there a simple way to add additional shipping "upgrades" (Priority Mail, UPS Blue, etc..) to the items I have set as free shipping?

Most people use the free shipper mod and then offer something like UPS with a negative handling fee to give their customers credit to upgrade
