If you open the "seo_url.php" file it may contain the name / version of the module.

If I had to "guess" what module based only on the screenshot... I'd "guess" an older and unsupported version of Ultimate (seo) URLs (or a clone)...

One can follow the link kindly provided by kobra to the support thread for the latest version.

If i update the seo url , i will lose all my seo work ?
i share all my products in facebook , youtube , twitter etc...
and if the seo url will add the category ..

Depends on which module you have installed, what version of the module is currently installed, and many other factors.

General rule of thumb: Always install (or update) modules in a "test" copy of your store, not the original.
