Display Specific Categories for a logged in Customer Only

I have installed the Display Specific Categories for a logged in Customer Only add-on in order to allow a specific group of customers to be able to view certain categories that are hidden to others.

Can I only select 1 customer/company name per category? I cannot see how I can multi-select customers/company names in the drop down within the category.....

CSAR is just way to intrusive and I like this approach.

linuxguy2, I'm fixing the original authors mention of the search pulling up 'hidden' categories because it needs to be addressed properly.

Everything else is ready and the install instructions are being tested tomorrow night on a clean install, then I'll publish it.

Ok here's the scoop, there is no crossover between single select and multi-select customers per category. It wasn't written to do this originally.

There will be two separate modules moving forward.

I'm publishing the update to this module for anyone that needs it for v1.51. It now works with category tabs, category sidebox and search/advanced search.


Bug fixes include:
- Delete category now properly deletes the category entry from the table categories_customers
- Search/Advanced Search will now properly hide categories
- SQL update to set all categories for 'Everyone' to save time.
