That is not caused by Fast & Easy Checkout, but is a change in zencart files themselves, you can click on the order and then click the Delete button on the right. or you would need to add that button back or have a developer do that. But keep in mind the form that is in also has changed the $_GET/$_POST so that could cause issue if you just tried to copy from the older ZC version.
