I get "There was a security error when trying to login." on all zencarts

Hi,
I know this problem was discussed in more then 1 thread but I have checked all the possible solutions and nothing worked. So here is the problem:
Starting from this morning I have odd behavior on all zencarts I have hosted at logicweb. I have 2 shops that are using zencart 1.3.9h and 2 using 1.5.1 all 4 shops with fresh installs at their time (none is upgraded from an early version to a new one).
On the 1.3.9h I get "There was a security error when trying to login" in admin and customer area, also I am not able to add any product in cart. on the 1.5.1 files I get the login page back when I try to log in admin with no error message, in customer area if I try to log I get session timed out message, also I get the same message if I try to add a product in cart. I didnlt made any changes on any of my files since 2 months ago and all was working ok till this morning. I have contected the hosting company and they told me they didn;t made any changes also since 2 months ago. Following the responses I saw in other threads I have checked the admin/login.php and tpl_default_login.php and all is in order. Also I didn't made any modifications in sessions.php. I have tried to install on a subdomain a clean 1.5.2 RC2 zen but I am getting error at the MySQL settings step. the script is not telling me what is the error, just that an error accurred and I should refresh the page and try again. I also get the same error with 1.5.1 full fileset at install.
Webhosting is running:
Apache version 2.4.7
PHP version 5.4.22
MySQL version 5.5.35-cll
Architecture x86_64
Operating system Linux
Thinking about the php 5.4 problems I have asked since when they have this version and I got answer "from December 2013" so I think is another problem and not related to php version since till this morning everything was running ok.
If anyone have any idea or solution please share because I have all 4 websites dead and I am out if ideas.

Sounds like your host made a change, do you have access to another host to test the theory?

U mean make a full back-up of the files and move them in another hosting server that i know is working for sure? Yes i can do this and i will do it now. thanks for the ideea.

Ok i did a full back-up and moved in another server where everything works like a charm so i concluded is not a problem from the files. after some digging i have noticed in the webhosting cpanel that the space on the mysql server is only 5 MB so i have changed in configure to store the sessions in a file and contacted support to solve the mysql server situation. hope they will do it soon so i can move back to normal settings. odd thing is i noticed this problem earlier and noticed in one of my tickets the hosting company about low space on mysql server but it seems it didn't ringed any bell to them. Thank you again for the idea. i have tryed anything only this no :). Thread can be closed.
