Image distortion issue

Hi all,
I have just upgraded a customer from 1.39h to 1.51 and for the life of me I cannot get the images to size to the correct aspect ratio.

Yes I have made the image settings to calculate image size and use proportional.

The strange thing is when i set either the height or width to 0 to ensure they are proportional the images disappear entirely from all pages and the product description page.

Has anyone had a similar experience???

The address is http://www.mcas.com.au/ the only other image handler is Zoom Magic Plus but I had the issue before I installed this. Very Strange.

It looks like you are experiencing distortion on some product images not all... yes?

I believe your product images are square...
I suggest you make your width dimensions the same as your height dimensions.

Another option may be to resize some of the existing images to conform to a set of standards...

For example: 200px x 92px image resized to 200px x 200px with white space added around the product.

Like this:

I found the issue. define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', '/products/'); in the config file. Once I removed the first slash so define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'products/'); all was good.
