UPS International shipping rates incorrect

I have noticed that all my UPS international shipping rates (Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Express) are incorrect.

An example: zencart charged my customer $133.53 for a UPS Worldwide Expedited shipment but the actual cost I was charged by UPS was $179.10.

I have the latest UPS module installed:

Domestic shipping rates seems to be calculated correctly; only international rates are incorrect (always less that the actual cost).

What can I do to correct this?

Do you have the settings in your Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... that you could post?

And in the Modules ... Shipping ... on the UPS shipping module, what are the settings that you see in the right hand panel?

How about some test examples of your prices vs UPS by providing the:
Ship From
Ship To
Order Amount
Weight

and if you are adding extra settings on the UPS site could you post those as well?

Zencart charged: $133.53
UPS website charge: $188.09
I always Shipstation which charged: $179,10

On the UPS site I am getting:

UPS Worldwide ExpeditedSM Latest Pickup Time: 2:30 P.M. Thursday March 6, 2014 Schedule by : 1:30 P.M.	Delivered By: By End of Day Wednesday March 12, 2014	151.54 USD * Billable Weight: 6.0 lbs.

What are all the settings on the UPS site when you do the Calculate Time and Cost?

Very strange, now I get different amounts even I use same settings as last time. I have only entered:

Ship To:
COUVA, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO
Residential
Ship From:
SEDONA, 86336 UNITED STATES
Residential
Shipment Date:
Thursday, March 6, 2014
Customs Value:
190 USD
Packaging: My Packaging
Package Weight: Pallet Weight: 6 lbs.
Total Shipment Weight: 6 lbs.
Drop-off / Pickup?
I will pay shipping charges and ship my package at a retail location such as The UPS Store® or UPS Customer Center

No other settings. I also attached a screenshot of the settings here.

However even I get differents amounts this time, UPS still charge more than Zencart:
Zencart: $133.53 (Worldwide Expedited).
UPS website: $148.84 (Worldwide Expedited).
