Order Processing error

Hi having trouble processing order. When i press the Edit button i get the follow message.

Cannot open connection: Can't connect to imap.yourmailserver.com,993: Connection timed out

Any ideas?

So you're in admin, you are clicking 'edit' and it's trying to check emails? What mods do you have installed?

Hi It does look like its checking emails. i have install Easy Populate, Search Logs, Reward Points, Ceon URI Mapping and a Facebook popup

Ok my first step would be to compare a stock admin/orders.php against the one you're currently using.

Secondly the edit page does have the means to access the email service so the error message is telling you your email settings are not correct, or there's an email stuck somewhere.

Can you list the steps you take to get this to happen?

Example:
Log into Admin -> Click Customers -> Select Customer -> Click Edit... error

Log into Admin-> Click Processing-> Click an Order-> Then Edit...error
The same happens when i do it this way as well
Log into Admin -> Click Customers -> Select Customer -> Click Edit... error

OK where did the 'processing' option come from? It's not stock. That's the first module I would look into.

As far as i know the 'processing' option is stock as i didnt load it and i have 3 sites and its on the all.
In the Admin page bottom left of the screen you have a box with
Orders
Pending:
Processing:
Dispatched:
Update:

You're right, I overlook the admin homepage from time to time ;)

Let's start with admin/orders.php compare it to a stock version and see what the differences are?
