Shipping Error Message upon checkout

After I selected the checkout button when placing an order, I got a message that said, "Not available at this time - we are not shipping to that region at this time." The state selected is correct. I created a new product and new category with free shipping regardless of quantity and I wonder if I messed something up when I did this. Does someone have a clue what I did wrong?

Only this one product will be set up for me to self ship. There are no zones set up. All of my products get shipped by my supplier except this one new product I'll ship out. This one product is also set up for free shipping. I must have set something up wrong but I can't figure out what it is.

If the Product is marked as Always Free Shipping then you need to install the shipping module FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper ...

In the Modules ... Shipping ... do you have any shipping modules installed?

I haven't a clue how you have your Products setup and what shipping modules you have installed in order to complete a checkout as you will not tell me ...
