Blank white screen. No errors reported. Localhost

I have a new client who needs some work on an existing Zen Cart 1.5.1 store so I copied the DB, admin folder, and includes folder to my local environment, copied the other files over from a fresh 1.5.1 fileset and did all the necessary things to get the store set up. I can access Admin, but the storefront gives me a blank white screen.

I checked the logs, and there is no log file of an error.
I turned Strict Error Reporting on and nothing shows up in the browser.

Is there any other way for me to find out what is causing the blank white page?

have you looked in the server logs too?
You could also change back to the default template in the admin.

Also, check to make sure that you've properly changed the /includes/configure.php and /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php to reflect your localhost environment (my #1 cause for whitescreen after cloning a hosted cart into localhost!)

I did change the configure files then even went through zc-install to update them. I changed the template to default and still get the whitescreen on the storefront. Which I was not expecting. It's just very odd that no errors are being reported...

I will look into the error logs in xampp this evening to see if that will give me a clue. Thanks for the suggestions!

I found the error logs in xampp and it says:

Class 'notifier' not found in ..\\includes\\autoload_func.php on line 79, referer: ..zc_install/index.php?main_page=finished.

At least I know where to look now. Thanks!

Hmm, that class (present in /includes/classes/class.notifier.php) is standard Zen Cart. Perhaps that file got corrupted in the download?
