Awesome, thank you.
Now I have a bunch of gift cards I sent to myself for testing purposes. Is there a way I can delete those cards?

Not easily ... do they need deleting or can you just redeem them to your own test account so you do not accidentally have someone guess the redemption code (hard as that is to do) ...
Otherwise, I would have to work out a way to clean your database of these test GVs that you made ...

It's not a big problem I can redeem them to my account. But that also leaves me with two more questions.
1. Will the redeemed gift certificates always show up forever in the Admin > Gift Certificates/ Coupon > Gift Certificates Sent or will they clear after a while? I can foresee the list getting long after a while.
2. Is there a way to change the balance on my account from all the test gift certificates that I have received during my testing or am I stuck with the positive balance?
The GV Sent display are there forever ...
They display in Date order New to Old and 20 per page, by default ...
They help maintain the data on what codes have been used, when GVs were sent and redeemed etc.
It is really a better idea to not mess with that data for the sake of having a number of pages as this grows ...
As to you current GV balance, you can:
1 Spend it on a test order(s) (good practice)
2 Set your balance in the table:
coupon_gv_customer
to 0.00
3 Delete your record in the table:
coupon_gv_customer
I tend to prefer option 1, as practice gives you familiarity to how Customers see you site. Perhaps practice sending some of your GV balance to others and see how that works and what you see in the Admin for the GV Sent and as a Customer when you redeem from the GV FAQs, GV Redeem link or during checkout ...
