    Default Orders Status display order

    I have added a few steps in my Order Status menu in the Admin->Localization->Orders Status menu

    I would like to change the order in which they display but I don't see how I can do that. Is there a way to change the order?

    Here is how it displays now;
    Processing
    Shipped
    Update
    Packing Items

    Here is how I would like it to display;
    Processing
    Packing Items
    Shipped
    Update

    Do you already have Orders in your store?

    If so, what are the current order_status_id on these order statuses:
    Processing
    Shipped
    Update
    Packing Items

    Yes, I have orders in my store right now.

    The store is still new but currently I have the following in each status.
    Processing = 0
    Shipped = 2
    Update = 0
    Packing Items = 1

    Where did you come up with those orders_status_id numbers? They cannot be 0, unless something is wrong on your site ...

    I believe the op is refering to the number of orders in his store that currently have this status.

    ps: Don't forget the status history when orders_status_id have previously been used and then changed

    Yes I was referring to numbers in the store, sorry.

    Where do I find the order_status_id that you are referring to?

    I figure out what you meant by this and I went into the database and change the order_status_id to the order I want it to display in. The order did change in the drop down menu when editing a customers order status within the order. But the order dose not change on the front page when you log into the store Admin. Is there something I have to do to change the order status on the Admin home page?

    I do not know what you changed the orders_status_id and their text to ...

    If you go to your Zen Cart Admin, what do you see on the Localization ... Orders Status ...

    What are the orders_status_id settings on each one?

    If I go to Admin > Localization > Order Status here is what I see for the order.
    Processing
    Packing Items
    Shipped
    Delivered
    -No Email or -Hide

    But is I look on the front page when I log into my admin I see this order;
    Pending: 0
    Processing: 6
    Packing Items: 0
    Shipped: 9
    -No Email or -Hide: 0
    Delivered: 0

    All I did was go into the database and change the orders_status_id numbers

    In your Zen Cart Admin, you are going to:
    /your_secret_admin/orders_status.php

    I am not understanding from the text you are posting where you are as not all of that information shows when looking at the Orders Status list ...

    Did you actually make an Orders Status called:
    -No Email or -Hide

    When you changed those few Orders, did you use your Zen Cart Admin to make the changes or dd you go into phpMyAdmin or something and touch the database tables?
