I get this error on Zen Cart 1.3.9h PayPal Express checkout.

I have search the php file and this code it not listed in there even through there are a number of codes listed.

There seems to be no error in customers payments they have all passed I can not find a customer who got this error, is there anyway to Add the order ID number to the message so it can at least give me so more info ?
