Did you call USPS and ask to have your ID approved for the USPS Production Server?

I am still getting intermittent issues on quotes from USPS server, but usually a refresh will clear that up ...

So far, I cannot reproduce the error, other than when USPS server is acting up, when testing with your Web Tools User ID that you gave me in your PM ...

What is the weight you are testing?

I just want to test with everything the same, but so far it looks like a communication error with USPS server ...
