Order totals modules not appearing in admin

I have the order total modules in the correct place on the server:

public_html/xxxx/includes/modules/order_total/

but when I access Modules, Order Total in admin, there are no modules listed there at all. Does this suggest a missing file? If so, which?

/includes/modules/order_totals

and see what files are in there ...

Do you have any backup files or renamed files or anything new that you just added?

ot_total.php

Do you have any debug logs in your /logs directory created when you go to Modules ... Order Total ...

PHP version is 5.3.13.

I also get this error constantly, which I am told is to do with PHP:

That particular error you need to address with your hosting company.

Have you added any new code or anything to your site recently?

Are your language files missing from /includes/languages/english/modules/order_totals/ ?
