How do I delete an option?

I for the life of me can not figure out how to delete an option I don't want. The website is pamcoscreenprinting.com/zencart The option is under Holy Name Logo Apparel and is "Add Name To Shirt". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sean

That's an attribute, and can be deleted in Admin - Catalog - Attribute Controller.

I get this message when I go to delete it:
This option has products and values linked to it - it is not safe to delete it.

There is then no delete option for it?

You first have to remove the attribute from each product that has it (in Attribute Controller). Then you can delete the option name or option value in Option Name/Value Manager.

Thank you so much! I saw that option but thought it would have deleted the product itself. Sean
