Hi,
I have a Low Order Fee of $10 for orders under $50. It works perfectly with Paypal Express. But it goes wonky when Authorize.net is used.
The fee shows up all the way through checkout. And the payment processes just fine, only the $10 does not get collected by Authorize.net
Any thoughts?

Puzzling, since the AIM module normally just takes the order-totals stuff from the order object itself, just like paypal does.
